Probate Fees Indication

In respect of cases, which are uncontested, where all assets are in the UK, exclusive of VAT and disbursements our fees will be

 

1. £300 per hour

Or

1. Fixed Fee

   1. £1,500 to £6,000 – Estates under £325,000

   2. £6,000 to £12,000 – Estates between £325,001 and £1m

   3. 1.25% of the value of the gross estate for estates valued at over £1m

 

Estimated timeline

03 – 06 months to obtain grant of probate

06 – 12 months to complete administration of the estate
